Our Team
Jenna

CEO
Jenna began her leadership journey in the restaurant industry, where she worked as a server while naturally taking on backend managerial responsibilities without the title. Although the team culture was strong, she reached a point where she felt stagnant and knew she was capable of more growth.
Competitive and highly ambitious, Jenna is driven by a long-term vision of building both career success and personal freedom. She believes leadership is earned through discipline, consistency, and strong habits.
As CEO of Anjalire, her focus is rapid expansion and people development. Her goals include relocating to California, recruiting immediately, closing two outside deals by summer, and developing 10–15 strong leaders.
Jenna lives by the belief:
“Successful people are simply those with successful habits.”
Christopher

Client Manager
Christopher brings a strong foundation in customer service, with experience in the hospitality industry as a banquet server and valet driver. Through these roles, he developed clear communication skills, professionalism, and a deep understanding of client-facing excellence. While he thrived in service-based environments, he ultimately felt limited by a lack of long-term growth and sought a more entrepreneurial path.
Motivated by opportunity and personal development, Christopher values positive energy, accountability, and environments that challenge him to consistently put his best foot forward. He carries himself with intention and believes strong habits, discipline, and ownership are key to success.
As a Client Manager, Christopher’s goals include opening his own business, expanding into major markets such as Los Angeles, Miami, or New York, and using business as a vehicle to pursue his passion for trading and investing in the stock market.
He lives by the philosophy:
“If you want to take the island, burn your boats.”
Yanelys

Client Manager
Yanelys brings a strong background in customer service and leadership, having previously worked with AT&T in Philadelphia and served as a manager at Papa John’s. While she loved working with people, she knew she wanted more growth—both professionally and for her family.
Driven by opportunity and purpose, Yanelys stepped into leadership with a clear “why”: her daughter. She is motivated by building a future that allows her to grow, lead, and keep family at the center of everything she does. Known for her outgoing and funny personality, she brings energy, connection, and authenticity to every team she works with.
As a Client Manager, Yanelys is focused on expanding the business, becoming an Independent Consultant Director, and hitting her goals as quickly as possible—all while creating a life where her daughter can always be by her side.
She lives by the mindset:
“Closed mouths don’t get fed.”
